We keep things minimal. In normal use, the Site does not ask you to create an account and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers.
- Theme preference.If you change light/dark mode, your choice is saved in your browser's
localStorageso the Site remembers it on your next visit. - Meme tool uploads. When you use the meme generator, images and videos you select are processed in your browser only. They are not uploaded to our servers.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages requested for security and reliability. We do not use this to identify you or build profiles.
How we use your data and our legal bases
- Theme preference — to provide a feature you have asked for (legitimate interests / your request).
- Server logs — to keep the Site secure and working (legitimate interests).
We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies and similar technologies
We do not set marketing or analytics cookies. The theme toggle uses browser storage (localStorage) to remember your display preference. This is strictly functional.

How long we keep data
Theme preference stays in your browser until you clear site data. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations, then deleted or anonymised.
